The notes are displayed overlapped. Only after scrolling down once do the notes align themselves into the correct format. Otherwise pretty nice application.

I think this is happening on iOS 15 right? or newer also?

Absolutely correct, ios15. Don't know about newer ones. So you already know this about issue. 👍
