I would suggest making your own solé water. This is done by mixing a high-quality salt (like Redmond's Real Salt) into a jar of water and letting the water fully absorb it overnight. Store in the fridge with a plastic, non-metal lid (to preserve electrolytes) and add between a tsp & tblsp of the water directly to your drinking water adjusting to your palate. This solé water has between 60-80 highly absorbable minerals as well as sodium as opposed to simply salting your water.
