Wouldn't it be easier to migrate to Bluesky and be done with it?
The value of Nostr is the censorship resistance.
When you can simply mute someone and forget about it, but instead you want "reporting" and asking for help to the Thought Police... one thing is clear - you got some ego problems going on.
