I took care of many sick kids during school/training. It always broke my heart. Don’t know how those legends do it on the daily tbh.

I don’t have the disposition. Mad respect for all of you who live the lifestyle of a doctor. I’ve known enough of them to know it’s a 24/7 thing. ❤️❤️

Unless you’re a dermatologist. Those guys aren’t “on call”.

No, but they are constantly getting “what do you think of this spot?”

🤣🤣

My friend’s dad was a dermo.

One night my friend got in a Roman candle war and caught a chunk of burning phosphorus behind his knee.

Dad had to deal with that one in the wee hours.

Boy when you need ‘em, you’re glad they’re there. I feel that’s prolly true of every doctor. Hope you don’t need one, but awfully glad they’re around. 🤣❤️

Oh, hell yeah.

I had to get an endoscopy two days ago. I sure as shit couldn’t not get one.

Hope it went well.

Oh yeah. It went fine. Still sucks tho.

I imagine. Never had one

It’s essentially a reverse colonoscopy.

Ick

Either way, your getting skewered.

Just get both done at the same time. They can meet in the middle.

In those combo cases don’t usually wash the bottom scope before using it up top too…or is it the other way around?

I can’t remember. Trivial details.

Had another friend who was into Ayurvedic medicine and did the thing where you swallow cotton gauze and let it sit for an hour to soak up stuff then pull it out.

He had a theory that if you let it go until you poop you could just grab both ends and floss.

😂🤣

😂

😂 fact. never on call. The sheer terror in their voices when you call them on the weekend on the one day a month theyre assigned call is oh so delicious 🤣

Lulz!
