I need to improve my own sleep, so I’m not in a position to offer solid advice. However, if you were my patient or client, I would focus on identifying the root cause of your sleep issues. Is it related to an emotional pattern? Could it be an organ that needs support? Or perhaps it’s a matter of establishing a healthy bedtime routine, such as taking a relaxing shower, putting your phone away an hour before bed, and ensuring your room is very dark.

It's the dead people I see when I close my eyes.. nah, prob just need to put my phone away like right this second haha 😅 😆 I'll start now with that quality sleep 🙏
Nah seriously it could be that deep rooted trauma that you’ve experienced
or it’s the excessive blue light consumption you may not even know about. not just from the phones, laptops, or TV, but also the LED lightbulbs overhead!
all these are extremely stimulating to our (sympathetic) nervous system, some of which can make your brain react similarly to a dose of heroine.
try switching your bulbs for incandescent or amber lights. i use norb lights with my clients. cheap and effective (code LIMITLESSLAUR). using lamps below chest height at night will help tremendously.
sweet dreams 😴 🧡
