2. Unsolicited commercial advertising over lightning

It seems inevitable that lightning addresses will be scraped and compiled and used to send unsolicited messages (with a payment attached).

What are your thoughts about this? How should it be managed? What are the benefits/downsides?

The only problem with this, that I see at the moment, is that I would possibly get endless notifications from the wallet.

So a customizable filter or threshold for notifications would be nice.
