So, I founded and manage a small 501(c)(3) called SciBr Foundation (reads Cyber) to help research between Brazil and USA florish. I am wondering if I should pitch a Nostr tech track to the board. We could serve as yet another way to fund developers that are working on more researchy things. In this case, they would have to be either Brazilian or American, but hey, maybe that's what we need. Reactions?
