If I send you a transaction with 5 outputs with 83 112 97 109 32 sats respectively did I send arbitrary data?

If not, what if I send to an address such as: bc1pfaqjynpf4d7cf0h2d0cnfrsqfx74939heas83laucyak3us3vwzq8j56kd. The private key tells you to follow me on nostr.

Its anyone can spend!
