Yes, but you double the probability of loosing your. Compared to a tow of two multisig, the full key (24 words) has to be on a single computer during setup and also whenever you sign. If that is acceptable why not use Shamir's secret sharing to split the key into a two of three shares with some redundancy so you can afford to loose one?

You can just make duplicates. The point is simplicity.
Its tradeoffs all the way down. Making duplicates increases the probability of theft again. The complexity of Shamir's secret sharing would be dealt with by software. Then I see it as a strict win over manually splitting the words.
Do not use software for anything to do with your seed phrases.
