Wi-Fi can be transmitted over power cables was enuf for me. Using a battery I never have to dedicate any brain space to it.

Almost over kill to protect your assets but better safe then sorry if you look back in history humans have implemented outrageous contraptions to protect there wealth mostly resulting in death this is just the more modern way to protect against hackers or any other bad actor IMO
