It is important to understand the difference between personal and private property. Your personal property includes things like your phone, your car, the house that you live in. There is no justification for taking personal property, that's theft. Private property includes things that have a claim on them and are used to seek rent. I wrote my name on the deed to the land, therefore I am entitled (a deed is also referred to a title) to extract, even to the detriment of society. Consider a forest or a mine, these lands are to be help in common for the benefit of all. How will we manage the land? Robust democracy must replace the dictatorship of the landlord. Land was never owned until people started writing up papers and enforcing the claim with violence.

If I rent out my phone , is it personal or private property ?
If you rent out your phone then you have a phone-rental business, and since there is no private property that phone-rental business isn't owned by shareholders, it's owned by the workers in common.
If you are the only person working at your phone-rental business then you get to own and control the business and the business's stock of rental-phones, but if you have co-workers you'll have to share ownership and control of the phone-rental business and it's inventory with them.
It's private property.
If your renting it out is it yours?
The scheme of renting your phone out requires it to be written somewhere that you own the thing, like in a legal system. If I stop paying rent and keep the phone you have to get police to enforce (with violence) your claim to the phone, like an eviction. I don't think this scheme should be legal, and what we are talking about exists with debt. Lot's of people buy phones on a payment plan, or you can think of a car note. How would people get phones? That would be decided by the workers together, people make those phones and it's a violent and bloody process. We need to be set free, not enslaved in rent and wage labour.
