Because you don’t have Kapana where you are & thus don’t know how it is made 😅

The Kapana is made on open flame fire 🔥 & not coals which gives it a little crust while keeping it juicy, as it is cut into small pieces meant to be enjoyed with salsa & a junkie (traditional bread).

I’ll definitely be taking you to get some when you’re this side of the boarder.
