The Kapana is made on open flame fire 🔥 & not coals which gives it a little crust while keeping it juicy, as it is cut into small pieces meant to be enjoyed with salsa & a junkie (traditional bread).
I’ll definitely be taking you to get some when you’re this side of the boarder.
Imma need to make this trip a priority because the years keep ticking.
