Nostr culture is rooted in Bitcoin maximalism's, so he's delusional, or actually passive aggressive, or trolling, if he thinks that his "solution" that involves running a stacks node and a stacks smart contract is going to be accepted with open arms.
the whole paper read like a troll post tbh. and while I never had a positive view of stacks i really don't trust them now.
