Is it possible to make a mixed feed? Is a feed comprised of lists, relays, and other things like communities and hashtags possible?

Let’s say I made a feed of all my relays - is that essentially the same as the “Explore” tab?
It would be better. The current Explore tab was a temporary solution to help with onboarding, it shows posts of people followed by nostr:npub147ayzharr9z02702lrffrgwhd0pr0ff84puwjtt78w0uv6d3gvsqnmlgyz
