I’m a firm believer in the idea that your tools should be as beautiful as your endeavours.
Whether that’s a saw, a chisel, a brush, or a pencil.

But I also think you should start with the really cheap crappy stuff first. If you can get good enough to create something beautiful with the wrong tools imagine what you could create with the right ones 😍 would be effortless at that point.
