I think the armorer actually killed that woman. It’s her literal job to make sure all weapons are safe/good to go on set and she handed him a gun with a live round

Manslaughter and murder are different things, though, since there was no intent. Like if you accidentally ran someone over in a car; you killed them, but didn't mean to.
