I’m going to set up an old laptop as a dedicated #Syncthing server. What #linux distro should I host it on?

I would chose the one I am most familiar with. Personally, for servers I prefer Debian and RHEL-based (AlmaLinux for example) distros.

I could go with alpine linux for that. Otherwise debian
