what’s a lurker?

Someone who never posts anything just follows and reads. No active engagement. I think nostr:npub1dergggklka99wwrs92yz8wdjs952h2ux2ha2ed598ngwu9w7a6fsh9xzpc wrote something about how something like 95% of users are lurkers.
Seems like nostr can grow on two ways.
Get new npubs
Get more engagement from existing npubs
Maybe we can do more of to push the latter
