It’s interesting to hear how Putin sees things. He literally sees this whole thing sort of like a bunch of pseudo kings who own some plots of land and people are putting fences on the wrong side of the yard. Where apparently everyone who all speaks the same language and has the same culture should be part of this property and not that other property.

His rhetoric is with this assumption of what Russia is owed. It’s interesting purely because it’s a totally different kind of piece of crap politician than the ones in the West generally. It’s like too giant pieces of shit are fighting each other and both have no concern or even slight respect for all of the collateral damage and individual lives lost, but for different reasons.

Trauma Zone is a 6 part documentary of footage inside Russia from the fall of the USSR to the Rise of Putin. Tucker Carlson is a SoCal pussy. I think it’s best to see why Russia is how it is, From a Russian perspective. Believe me they are not your friends. They will lie straight to your face, And anyone defending them is gullible enough to think Russians would care about them. You only need the Russians if you need someone to enable your corruption. If you are from the west, And you start any real commitment with them, The intelligence services will tear it apart. The goal of Putin is to restore the Russian Empire, Before 1917, By force clearly. Bitcoin obsoletes the need for violent imperialism. Why take a country over by force when you can buy it? Russia might legitimately get richer than the United States, And Americans can have fun staying poor. But a corrupt rich person is not a better friend than a loyal poor person.

Not sure how you could even come to this conclusion. Here's a tldr.

Yeah I watched the first few minutes until he covered the history of Russia as "Some states simply lost their sovereignty, and then..."

Yeah, oopsie, they left their sovereignty at a friends house 🙄 A transparently scummy way to describe it.
