Nah, that's absolutely fine. You make up a hashtag, then you get to decide what it is relevant for.
I'm talking about the folks who use # asknostr, or # Bitcoin when their post has no question, and has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
If you want to use a popular hashtag for visibility, a good go-to would be #grownostr. This hashtag was created to encourage non-Bitcoin related content, so literally anything that is not about Bitcoin would be relevant.
