Yeah, if it costs €800/night, and you have 15 people and you buy the good and drink, then you're probably looking at €1500 in total, which would be €100/person, which high-quality stuff. Could probably get it down to €80 or so.

That's what I'm saying: all these offerings in Russia are designed for large companies and parties, not for one person with a cat. There are no such problems in Europe.

I saw some places that were quite inexpensive and fabulous, but they usually don't have a good train connection.

Train connection immediately doubles the price, but I think it's worth it. Otherwise, you would need a shuttle.

Uber isn't a thing?

Sure, but you would need a lot of them. And a lot of us have flat-rate public monthly tickets.

So you have to balance accommodation vs transportation costs. Are there are decent vehicle rental services where you could rent something to shuttle people back and forth in a manner that is cost effective enough to make sense?

Americans. πŸ™„

Dude, I'm there to party, not chauffeur. That's what public transportation is for.

I... Always volunteer for stuff like that... πŸ˜
