Cows in trees.

Management intensive rotational grazing has benefits..and requires work..but the operations I see are failing.

They are failing businesses, being kept alive by a hope and a prayer. Not thriving, that's for sure.

OUR FARMS ARE BROKEN.

Shake your ranchers hand all you want, it's not going to fix their business model using broken money. We need more Bitcoiners working in the food system, on the ground with the farmers.

Bitcoin on balance sheet --> Bitcoin being accepted for goods --> Bitcoin unit of account for farm management --> ecological health.

I’m in. Our farmers market is great and I buy my beef there.

For some reason I pictured them IN a trees.

Same. Lol

Cows in trees is a cute description I've heard of misguidedly agroforestry systems.

My guy takes BTC (on coinbase 😬) but I have to drive about 150mi to get my 1/2 beef.

But hey whatcha gonna do?

It's a hard problem.

Food production is low margin, dirty work.

The answer is making farming profitable again.

Get rid of chemical inputs and go direct to consumer. We are teaching farmers and ranchers all over the world to run profitable healthy farms. https://soilhealthacademy.org

I'm not a fan of dogmatic avoidance of chemical inputs into a farm. I am a fan of low time preference management trending towards systems that can maintain themselves, but that's a long road.

It all starts with the soil. Soil and sound money two sides to the same coin. May want to check this out https://www.chelseagreen.com/product/dirt-to-soil/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD-HT7RvRqNh6qxulNOh1KsE18p84

Can you elaborate on how/why they’re failing and how integrating bitcoin will save them?

Quite the herd! What breed? Love the shade, but I have to admit it's a bitch to get water out there!
