The itchy spots have transformed... Now they hurt. No itch. But fewer of them.
My strategy today has been to sweat it out. Lots of water and peddling while wearing a sweatshirt. Whatever this is, I need it out.

Hope you figure it out. Laundry detergent can also cause skin reaction.
Thanks. Its not the detergent. That's already the non allergy stuff, and I didn't change it.
Its back to itching. Less than before. I think trying to sweat it out did something... I think. Right now it's concentrated on finger # 4. So weird how it picks one or two spots. I don't think it's done any repeat spots. It's been all over my elbows, wrists, and knees, and now it likes my fingers.
that's worrisome. I had a scalp issue that was fixed in like 1 day. "traumatized hair follicles" or something. i put off the dermatologist forever which was a big mistake.
Crazy how easily they fix stuff... I had a skin problem a few years ago, where one of my fingers was raw from the skin dying. That was crazy painful. I put off seeing the doctor for months.... And when I finally went, he gave me a cream and it started healing immediately. All the hair even grew back.
