Ok cool. What if I wanted to do it from a desktop computer or laptop? Any app suggestions to download so I could do something similar but from my computer? Just curious.

I think the app I use on desktop is just called screen record.
On the phone I use xrecorder.

On my Mac I just do a screen recording and it works well. Any demo video I post is done that way. Just a mic plugged into my Mac mini and it grabs everything then I run it through handbrake to compress it.
I needed to add a phone screen before and used some random app to just add my phone screen to my screen that I was already recording.
There's some fancy software out there to do really cool stuff but that's too much work for something 3 people use and will probably change tomorrow anyways.
