yes, the great fire of london, 1666, happened because of the filth and trash in the streets, while the plague was raging, as a direct consequence of the Enclosure Acts

wikipedia mangles it and makes it sound like it didn't start until the 16th century but it started at the beginning of the 15th century and by 1666 the bulk of the nomadic farmers of england/wales/etc were driven off their land:
