That's what most American don't understand.
And imagine people speaking 3?!
I speak 3 and a half (my Dutch is not that good anymore).
And thatās quite common in Europe. Americans are incapable of valuing this. Often they go to other countries and complain if people donāt speak English. Iāve even seen Americans complaining about not being able to pay with cash dollars in Europe! Man, they funny! š
