Man, I am kind of baffled as to why nostr.wine is so rarely connecting. For a paid relay, it's only working about half the time according to Coracle. I am logged in via browser extension. Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong?

hah, probably because nostr:npub18kzz4lkdtc5n729kvfunxuz287uvu9f64ywhjz43ra482t2y5sks0mx5sz doesn't open source his NIP-42 and we don't even know if coracle's implementation is correct
been banging on about this for months, so glad finally people are starting to think seriously about the paid relay thing
Yeah, it doesn't seem to work reliably anywhere and the topic isn't getting enough focus.
Reading and writing to relays is NIP-01 level specs, not some fringe, obscure thing.

Not sure - no issues on the relay side.
I use exclusively my own relays and havenβt experienced any issues on Damus, Nostur, or Amethyst. We also closely monitor performance across all regions.
