Never heard of cake wallet. I like strike as well because it only focuses on bitcoin
a cool feature for nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 would be the ability to hide all “sell bitcoin” and fiat functionality in the settings.
you can do this in nostr:npub1j9qyxka5lck4tw50v7qfrs6gdwczz5ydt7ugqy6nhuva9p6dpy5q8rs2yg
have the option of making Strike look like an on-ramp-only app.

Cake has some nice privacy features. But Bitcoin feels second-class here. More of a monero focus

Because it started from Monero, back then there were no good Monero wallets and to use it, it was all hacky and from the CLI, only the real techies used monero that time
but now there are more devs and the focus can be wider so there is a bitcoin-only wallet coming, more bitcoin privacy features will come, and cupcake can also be used for bitcoin signing, or silent payments spending, while another hot phone wallet is view-only, or silent payments scan-only, etc
