When one or more of the following polls come true:

* greater than 5% of the population stores their wealth in majority bitcoin

* greater than 15% of vendors prefer bitcoin

* greater than 25% of people use bitcoin regularly for necessities

* greater than 50% of vendors will at least accept bitcoin
