My follows got nuked. Tell me whom I should follow 🤙
Discussion
You should follow about 90% of the npubs on my follow list 👍👍👍
Just went through your follows 👍 Good recommendations
find npubs you like and scroll down their follows 😃
Mine did too. I follow you and just hit global right now and see you in the global feed. Added you again
Followed back (again)!
Yep. I mostly was hoping that those who follow me find my note and comment, then I can re-follow-back and scroll through their follows.
You know what I think I know why now why the followers get nuked on our accounts.
For example I was using the new Yakihonne app or whatever it's called for Noster, and I remember I had to like rehab people on there because it's a brand new app and I had to sign in.
So only like 32 people showed up that I normally follow because I guess my relays all of my relays weren't connected either so I had to add some of those too.
And now when I looked in amethyst I only have 32 people I'm following.
Do you see what I'm saying here? I used the first app that I mentioned to re-add 32 people when amethyst is my main app and it has like I don't know a couple hundred people that I follow not that many, and now they're all gone and it only shows 32 on amethyst?
It seems like when you use different noaster apps or new ones and you have to sign in like all your shit is not going to be in there cuz it's a new app if that makes any sense you have to kind of like start over and that like erases all of your followers from all the other Noster apps possibly you'd have to check all of them individually.
But also if the relays keep cutting out which they do, then I'm under the impression here that you also lose your followers because they're not showing up especially when you are logging into a new Noster app.
I don't know if that makes any sense but that's just my observation
Hey! Look! "There's an app for that!"
I wish I signed into this before I tried following on the other client.
Start with those you remember following & find new npubs to follow from there. Keep on curating for your curiosity.
