That would be pretty fast. Mstr sitting on around 1Bn too. They need a price of 96k ish on Monday closing for sp500 „earnings“. Seems highly unlikely.

They book building period for the convertible bonds should have ended today, so they could be ready to close and deploy pretty soon if not Monday
