Not yet. I am not really sure how to follow lists in Nostr. Maybe just added to the Contact list? I don't know.

https://satellite.earth/ has a "subscription" feature for communities, so I wonder if the same would apply here too? (I definitely don't understand enough of details here)
We do the same for communities. But it feels like we are cramming too much into the contact list
I’m working on a ground up rebuild of nostr:npub1lstr2kmdthkgfuzne8e4cn2nhr646x8jt25szdj7t4wr6xemtuuq3lczsj right now. making it easy to duplicate/fork someone else’s list is happening soon.
