Thinking in fiat is hard to stop when you're 52 like me lol

I still price my jerky in fiat prices too, and there's people out there who yell and scream not to. IDC, it's still early days even 12 years into bitcoin being a thing.

I haven't had much free time to do so, but I would love to convert all my web clients to btc, but most are practically boomers.

Everyone's on their own timescale, and we're still very early. We've also got a lifetime of fiat -programming to unravel from.

I run a small business and have considered offering btc as a payment option. Even if nobody takes it up, it's still out there in the ether. Perhaps that's the point, as Jeff says, be the change you want to see in the world.

I've been running small businesses since 1999. I also meant to say although I take btc for my jerky but it's priced in fiat.

Yes 💯💪 Push it forward anyway you can. 🚀

I wouldn't say that pricing things in dollars ATM is a bad thing. You have to have a scale of value based on the world we live in.

I'm saying that you can make small steps everyday to move your life, and others, to a Bitcoin Standard.

Ah, my bad. You're way ahead of the curve then really!

I didn't start using / learning bitcoin until 2021 and even then it was just trying to fiddle with an on-chain wallet and buying stuff from people in person, my lightning skills are still shoddy and I only started that in 2024

I wasn't complaining. I have a good system (if you check out the site, you'd see). I hate Alby and I'm not looking to pay for a full suite WooCommerce monthly subscription addon for just a few orders.
