Email this morning: "Important information about your application to Relai"

You know it will be bad news when it starts like this. These rejection emails all looks and sound the same, it sounds like nobody ever check what you send and the content was AI generated. "to Relai"? Not "at Relai"? Sound weird already in the title.

Come guys nostr:nprofile1qqsgqpp64xerkrg4zx6fvxx0cj97r26t0hu45yaz9zdexdkl0sd78dspr4mhxue69uhkummnw3ez6ur4vgh8wetvd3hhyer9wghxuet5qyv8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnndehhyapwwdhkx6tpdsq3gamnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7l74xd5 was there really that many applications that you have no time to read them and answer them personnaly? And that many good ones?

Either I'm really over estimating my profile or I do something wrong while applying.

When I did hire people in my team I was taking time to personally answer all good applications and give, in some cases, small hint of the reasons for refusal and what they can improve.

Ok there were also some junk not matching requirement at all but these got a generic answer that they didn't fit the requirement, which I really hope I was not in this category here.

Anyway, all the best for the future with this new reinforced team, I see you have big plans with all these new hires, see you next cycle!

Hi.

For some job ads we get help from third party services during the first screening process, as it often happens that we receive thousands of applications and it becomes complex to handle them by hand one by one.

If you think there was an error, please email jobs@relai.app
