Rich Bledsoe's "The Fall of the Angels" is an interesting exploration. Haven't read, but heard it reccomended and skimmed. Seems solid.
Good mix of mature and younger folks. Class is meant to be "from milk to meat," but my prayer is that the meat is well-seasoned, tender, and no one chokes on it.
