Very aesthetically pleasing finish and if maintained should last a long time. I think you have to add linseed every so often, but it’s worth it. I did it for my raised beds and it was much more fitting than chemically treated or raw wood.
Definitely looks really nice but it's already pressure treated wood so I don't think I can burn that

No, you cannot. It’s a fun but labor intensive method.
I don't mind the labor intensive it keeps me busy and I can use it as an excuse to be busy
