The measuring stick of UoA from $ to BTC is the last function of money which is to be achieved. SoV is fully established, MoE still in the sub 1% range. These two must precede before it is possible.
It will flip one day but it's definitely a hard transition to make mentally after a lifetime of using that old dirty rotting green dollar.
We can do our part to promote UoA but like you say, it's a hard transition to make.
Agree, SoV is fully there and generally recognized by most outside of the most pigheaded and stubborn.
MoE is difficult as I think there's a chicken and egg situation. UoA drives MoE and MoE drives UoA.
