What is your game plan for when the US bans self-custody?
Most likely they won't outright ban self custody, but they will make it extremy hard for to use bitcoin in a sovereign way.
What I am expecting though is miner compliance, aka transaction censorship.
I could be wrong though, who knows what they're planning.
Yeah I’m not expecting an outright ban, but more along the lines of having to register addresses where you hold btc
