I don't know. That's actually a tough question in this context
really not... one question to ask:
is this a human being who has been on the planet long enough to develop a spine?
if they aren't their own person, then they are still a child, and if far beyond the threshold of acceptable for being a child still (that's probably now about 25 years, by my estimation) then no, disregard and move on
I'm still not convinced. There's a lot of successfully self-reliant children out there that are still very much children... sadly. I'm sticking with casualties, in a spirit-death kind of way.
