Something I've realised about carnivore diet is that some of the benefits come from actually being more strict about it e.g. cutting out zero-sugar/calorie flavoured soft drinks, coffee and other bits and pieces that end up in the diet.

It's more difficult but I'm giving it a go nowadays rather than 'looser' attempts in the past.

Still struggle with sticking to it while travelling or in social situations though.

You got this Stephan! 🤙🏻

I struggle giving up the most addictive drug ever invented... sugars are my weakness

A carnivore diet you are supposed to eat only meat, nothing else? Eggs possible? Fish? No fruit / vegetables at all? My guess is that fruit & vegetables are bad only when ogm or pesticides heavy but if avoiding that (it is hard) it is not too bad?

I am more into Keto diet! it work for me and my family members, really hard in the summer because I love beer 🍺

I found it to be easier to follow an animal-based diet instead of going strictly carnivore. Although going strictly carnivore and then slowly adding honey, raw dairy, and fruits seems to be the best approach.

Paul Saladino has a lot of content on this.

I’ve found having a routine meal plan that I can have every day helps me a lot. Eating the same thing every day isn’t for everyone though so YMMV.

For me cutting out sugars was a big step. Eating meat was easy.
