I’m tired of everything looking so modern and bland and clinical. We need gyms with a Greco-Roman aesthetic, complete with columns and frescoes, the locker rooms resembling a Turkish bathhouse, chandeliers instead of LED strip lighting, and maybe some large indoor trees. It’s time we make places look beautiful and aspirational again.
