It is why I push entrepreneurship so hard. I haven't had a job without some ownership since 2004, I left even that behind in 2010 and have not answered to anyone except my wife, my customers and God since.
Anyone can do this, most wont. It is simple but it is not easy. It is much easier to make excuses and assign magic powers, privilege, luck, etc. to others who have then to accept that you can do it too if you want.
