I’m doing great, thank you for concern.

I have zero tolerance for scammers. Especially when their bullshit harms people. Being that guy would destroy my peace, personally.

Can you say more about how he’s scamming and why what he says is bullshit?

Paul Saladino has advocated for a diet high in fruit and honey despite the massive volume of credible evidence (clinical, academic and anecdotal) that these foods are detrimental to humans in myriad ways.

Fruit is high in fructose, glucose and sucrose (all harmful). Most fruit is very high in lectins (harmful). Many fruits are high in naturally produced dietary pesticides (carcinogenic / harmful). Fruit is high in fiber (harmful).

Honey is mostly fructose and glucose and is objectively not good for humans. It’s a massive insulin spike and provides no benefit period.

In the past these foods were eaten seasonally in the case of fruit and would fatten humans for impending winter. Fruit before selective breeding was substantially lower in glycemic load as well. Honey was eaten rarely and there was physical cost to acquiring it.

Fructose, glucose and sucrose, aside from being harmful in several ways, are addictive compounds. They also override satiety signals and lead to overeating and increased hunger.

To advocate for habitual consumption of modern fruit and honey under the guise of being an expert is disingenuous and harmful to those who listen. Couple that with the fact that he is using his position as an influencer to sell overpriced and misleading supplements to people, I consider that in combination to be an outright scammer.

The honest carnivore influencers say “eat meat, be healthy” and don’t try to sell massively overpriced supplements on the side. They don’t market overpriced supplements in disingenuous ways. And they stick to the reality that modern fruit and honey are not proper human foods and a clear net-negative for human health.

See a scammer? Say something. Has nothing to do with being unhappy. I think certain people should be called out if their behavior warrants it and it’s nothing beyond that.

No one becomes metabolically dysfunctional from fruit and honey. Its all the garbage food.

The core of Paul's recommended diet is red meat. Like his supplements or not, his core message is something every person would benefit from adapting atleast partly to their personal circumstances.
