I do 60 mornings straight away and 60 lunch or evenings.. no rest days but it allows for occasional slips and still maintains the average…casually adding 21 pull ups also. Want to be able to do 21 in a row.. 21 by 21m?

Rest days is for strength training + intervals on the bike. I’m able to do the push-ups daily
