He's right, it's only really censorship resistant if you run your own relay. A wonderful lesson in how to think for yourself and present a counter viewpoint.

I think he's taking the skeptic position of "verify dont trust". He knows that bitcoin is censorship resistant, and he says the claims of nostr censorship resistance may be overstated. My view is that the value of nostr is owning your own identity.
