I remember wax cylinders, carbon paper, how to saddle a horse, and upgrading an 80-strong technical service and sales force to color-display notebooks six months ahead of their competition. While I enjoy emulsion photography and darkroom work I rejoice in the efficiency and economy of digital. A ‘sidewalk astronomer,’ I’ve conducted hundreds, through a deeper appreciation of the beauty and science of objects seen above. On my knees, and in the name of Jesus Christ, I still thank God for the magnificence of His unimaginably vast creation and His love for every single individual one of us. Music, for me, is like breathing – it’s there to live; art is there to love; friends help me see.
