A Ghanaian false prophet named Eboh Noah says God has warned him that the world will end on Christmas Day - not by fire, but by another global flood.
He claims God instructed him to build eight arks, mirroring the story of Noah, to save chosen families who will repopulate the Earth after the flood.
According to reports, followers have sold all their possessions and handed him the money, convinced the apocalypse is days away.

Not to mention a profound ignorance of God’s promise, detailed in The Bible (Scripture) at Genesis 9:11, that never again will there be another global flood.
For beginners’ HIIT (high intensity interval training), the Topo (brand), Aura (product), has worked extremely well for me. It is not heavy, like a 1970’s Converse, nor is it a, “barefoot,” shoe with no support. The Aura has some comfortable support without being heavy. Its Toe Box is incredibly roomy without being excessive.

BTW, the way I measure mug volume is to weigh it, filled to the brim with water - and - empty, on a gram-accurate kitchen scale. The difference, the weight of the water, is close enough to the mug’s volume in ml for my purposes.
Is the largest mug, the one on the far left in the photo, still available? (I use LARGE mugs (>= 525 ml) OFTEN!)
