Depends of the countries. In Europe you can find high quality olive oil in France, Spain, Italy and other Mediterranean countries. Maybe the best is to find a producer and get small batch, like some people do with honey or coffee

Weird thing i read lately, many "organic" olive oil contain more plastic particles and pfas than regular ones..

Also i saw at the supermarket some brands now test their oil for chemicals and other residues.
