For free videos the limit is 10MB, don’t think iPhone compressed enough..
You can try Handbrake to compress further.
If you get a nostr.build account, there is no limit to file upload size, just the account size.
Couldn’t upload video to nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7, tried twice. Too big? Was some 40 MB after download from Telegram, but iPhone also did some “compressing” before actual upload. Did that directly from nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 v1.5.
